Ladies--join us to learn the exciting art of belly dance, no experience necessary! Have fun while getting a muscle-toning workout that builds confidence, poise, and flexibility.

For level 1, we will start with the basic isolations and movements, and end with a choreographed dance!

For level 2, we will attempt slightly more challenging variations, and end with a level 2 dance!

**please note--all group classes are open to everyone, without any additional "membership" fees **
